This is an old wooden advertising yo-yo with no markings aside from Boeing on the side. Probably a corporate giveaway or something like that. Judging from the design and the pigment of the paint color, I'd guess it was made by Whirl King sometime in the 50s. But that just an educated guess.
Good condition for an old wooden yo-yo, you can read Boeing clearly on the side.
