YOYOSAM offers the following Policies:

Shipping Information: Orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Return postage to be paid by purchaser.

Shipping:
Orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. A tracking number will is available for all  US shipments.

International Order Policy

We try to have the best international Shipping Prices and Services. We guarantee that your order will ship from us within two days.

Please note that we cannot provide Tracking Information on First Class International. Tracking Information is only available with the International Express or Priority Service.

Canadian Orders generally arrive within 5 to 10 days. However, we have had instances where it takes a really long time. We think it is proabably Canadian Customs that gets backed up...although it could be Canadian Post. But on very rare occassions it has taken several weeks for an item to arrive.

Insurance is available for International Shipments. It generally costs anout $16 to insure a package...but that varies depending on value and location. We cannot guaranteee Delivery without insurance. We can say that it almost always arrives, but on the rare occassion, less than 1% of the time, a package does not arrive. We regret we cannot reimburse for a lost shipment unless insusrance was purchased.
