Drawing inspiration from the original Heavy Hitter and the SUV, Chico Yo-Yo Company player Sam Ungerer tweaked the form and function of the Type S to be competition specific without compromise.
The Type-S uses a Buddha Bearing Ripple for maximum spin time. CYYC silicone pads provided for response but can be replaced with flowable silicone or pads from other manufacturers to suit each individual preference. Spikes in the outer cup and a subtle undercut allow extended creativity in trick design.
