The Nimbus trials unicycle was designed to ride over obstacles without any part of the rider touching the ground. The obstacles traversed can be set up specifically for the purpose of unicycle trials. These are often walls, railings, ledges and other "street furniture" found in an urban environment (also known as a session style sport). Although unicycle trials can be performed on a standard unicycle, many are not equipped for the forces. Trials unicycles are designed and built with trials stresses in mind. We almost always ship within 24 hours of your order being received. Most orders received before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day! Except during the holiday season, weekend orders will ship on Monday. Most orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service. There is no shipping on postal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Usual Time to Arrival

Canada and other International Orders:

Priority International Mail   Subject to your local postal service and/or Customs, but generally faster than First-Class Mail, and sometimes trackable.  

International Orders
For international orders, there are sometimes delays in delivery due to local postal and/or Customs processing times. Please be aware that we do not pay for any Customs or duties fees. 

If you are concerned with your package arriving in a damaged condition, we suggest insuring the package. 

As much as we love our international customers, we simply can not be aware of the rules for each country, or insure shipments that we have no control over.

Mail Delays
Please bear in mind that the U.S. Postal Service does occasionally mess up, and items get delayed or returned to us for unknown reasons. This happens far less than 1% of the time. Please be patient and understanding in the unlikely event that this happens.

In the event of delays in mail, we only have access to the same tracking information that you do. We are happy to share the postal tracking number for you to access your package information at

Lost Items
We can not consider an item to be lost in the mail and subject to free replacement unless it has been over 30 days (U.S. orders) or 60 days (international orders) since the item was shipped, and postal tracking still indicates delivery has not been made. If U.S. Postal tracking indicates that your item has been delivered, we cannot replace the item if you claim to have not received it. We pay for delivery confirmation on every single package we ship in the U.S., which guarantees that your item was delivered at the indicated address. In our experience, packages are almost never stolen. Missing packages are much more likely to be either left at another spot at your delivery location, or returned to the local Post Office awaiting your pick up. If you are concerned about a package being left at your home address, consider using an alternate or work address.

Return Policy
We have a 'no hassle' return policy. If you receive an item and are not happy with it, return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund for the cost of the item. (Shipping is not included.) Date of receipt is counted as the day that postal tracking indicates the package was delivered. Items returned must be in mint condition, with all packaging included.

If a product fails or is otherwise defective due to a manufacturing flaw within the first 30 days, we will take it back for a full repair, replacement or refund.

Please note, we will NOT accept returns for items that have been abused in any manner. Items returned in poor condition will not be refunded.

Except for manufacturer's defects, all returns are shipped at the buyer's expense. We suggest using either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground service for reliable and relatively inexpensive return shipping. For verified manufacturer defects, you may return your item by U.S. Postal First Class Mail or UPS Ground, and we will refund you for the amount; or you can request a postage-paid RMA be shipped to you for product return. (If a product is found to NOT have a manufacturer flaw upon return, you will have to pay for the shipping charge.) Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned package.
