This is the"Loving Cup" Gold Award. A tournament shaped plastic glitter Yo-Yo made in the 70s.
In good to fiar condition. Plastic is in good condition, the Seal is just a faded but readable. It's actually a little more faded than it seems in the pic, but you can read it.Yellow glitter is a harder color to find, most that you see are orange glitter.
