Enron was an infamous energy company that has a dark history of fraud, bankrupsy and a lot of grief for a lot of people.  Invenstors were cheated, employees pensions were stolen, lots of bad stuff.  Some of the executives ended up in prison.  All that remains is a few of these promotional yo-yos.  If they were anything like Enron stock price, they would go down, but never come back up.
