STB 2.5 is an evolution of the 2.0 model. The top part is made in aluminum instead of delrin, is part of the development of the new STB Metal (or Full Metal Jacket). There is more weight due to the aluminum top part. A hard oxidation finish allows for rough play (play on carpet!).
