This is the"Loving Cup" Gold Award. A tournament shaped plastic glitter Yo-Yo made in the 70s.
In good to fair condition. Plastic is in good condition, the Seal is just a faded but readable. Seal is a little faded, but all there. This one also has 10 cents scribbled on it. Not sure if that woudl come off, or if you'd want it off. It actually adds some character.
