Vintage Duncan Tournament "crossed flags" Yo-Yo - Not a replica - Pre-1962
This yo=yo is pre yo-yo registration lawsuit (1962) where Duncan fought to own the word yo-yo. If you look at the word "yo-yo" you will see the registration mark where the dash in yo-yo would be, This is how we know it was made prior to the lawsuit that Duncan lost. After the lawsuit, the registration mark was only on the name Duncan.
The paint has very minor chips and scratches, but it is in pretty good shape given its age. Paint is in great condition, the seal is also in great shape.
Given the age, this yo-yo is a rare find in such good condition.
