This Yo-Yo was made by YoYoSpin. Custom lasered with some very cool designs. It says "Spinning Allowed"
I believe this was made in Colorado in the 90s.
New condition, it doesn't look like it's ever been thrown. If you are looking for a quality fixed axle wooden yo-yo, this one is super nice.
